Craig Pollock

Craig is a passionate and imaginative artist whose goal is to build his
independence through skill development, community engagement,
and meaningful creative opportunities.


Introduced to painting during his school years by a supportive
educator, Craig discovered art as a powerful outlet for focus and
expression. Since 2021, with the support of Siva, Craig has continued
to develop his techniques and confidence as an artist.


Craig’s work often reflects the world around him — capturing the
essence of Canberra, the South Coast of NSW, and everyday places
he visits. His unique brush strokes and use of colour bring familiar
scenes to life. In addition to canvas painting, Craig showcases his
creativity through beautifully hand-painted terracotta pots,
highlighting his diverse artistic skills.


Craig benefits from support in choosing subjects, outlining concepts,
and refining details, but his artistic vision and dedication are entirely
his own. With the support of Skills2go, Craig now proudly displays
and sells his artwork, taking steps toward his goal of financial
independence.


Outside the studio, Craig enjoys visiting shopping centres for coffee,
cooking meals, improving his computer skills, and spending time with
friends. He’s a social person who loves chatting about the Canberra
Raiders and sharing his love of sports.
